I ordered this item so that it would get to me in enough time for my party, and it did. But poor packaging and as can be imagined heavy handling had the largest plate shattered, all to my disappointment. I called the Amazon.com customer service dept, and they dealt with it excellently, they had another one shipped to me which arrived on the day of the party! I was ecstatic, until I opened the box to see the same thing occurred again! All a result of poor packaging, even though I mentioned that the second time the packaging dept need to be more sensible! Well, would have loved to have served with it, but never mind, at least the customer service was great, they gave me a full refund.
