Product took 7 days (not 3-5 days) to arrive and when it arrived it just came in a white cardboard box, just standard shipping material. I talked with their customer service and they told me it no longer comes with the velvet box that it is pictured with it. If I knew that beforehand then I probably wouldn't have bought it, as it does not look near as good without the velvet box to be displayed in.

The dish was beautiful however the box that it was in did not have any type of packing so it was very loose within the box. When I opened it, the dish was broken in the middle. I glued it back together and it really doesn't look very good but it probably would have cost more to return it.

I do not think they are my idea of "casserole" size but I do serve my family with these pieces. I like the stand as it prevents the heat from the dish from ruining my table. I would have liked to have lids, but since the servers are so small, there isn't much left over. It can hold enough for 3-4 servings. I use them to serve vegetables and the like.
