I looked quite a while for a square footed cake plate. I normally do not order online, but since this was something I wanted I decided to take a chance. After I placed my order the cake plate came in 3 days...really quickly. I opened the box and the first one I received was completely shattered! I was disappointed, however I went online, went throught the very easy return process (not having to pay shipping or anything for the return item) and within another 3 days I had the new cake plate! I could not believe how easy the return process with amazon was. And to say a bit about the cake plate itself. It is very heavy and solid crystal. It is beautiful.
